He lived in Quapaw, Ottawa, Oklahoma, United States in 1950. In 1988, at the age of 57, his occupation is listed as owner of mickey mantle's restaurant and sports bar in New York City, New York, United States. He died on 13 August 1995, in Dallas, Dallas, Texas, United States, at the age of 63, and was buried in Sparkman Hillcrest Memorial Park, Dallas, Dallas, Texas, United States.

Mickey Charles Mantle (October 20, 1931 – August 13, 1995), nicknamed "the Mick" and "the Commerce Comet", was an American professional baseball player. He played his entire Major League Baseball (MLB) career (1951–1968) with the New York Yankees, primarily as a center fielder. He is regarded by many as being one of the best players and sluggers of all time. He was an American League (AL) Most Valuable Player three times and was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1974.

You're related to one of the best ball players of all time! My Dad would take me and my sis to see Mickey Mantle at Yankee Stadium (the original house that Ruth built, not the replacement) during his heyday. He was quite an athlete.
