It's Surname Saturday, and I'm "counting down" my Ancestral Name List each week.

I am working in the 9th great-grandmothers by Ahnentafel number, and I am up to Ancestor #2337 who is Sarah LNU (1611-1681). [Note: the more recent ancestral families have been covered in earlier posts.]

I don't have an clues as to the maiden name of Sarah (LNU) (Keyes) Gage.

There is significant information about the Robert Keyes family

*  Asa Keyes, Genealogy, Robert Keyes of Watertown, Mass. 1633, Solomon Keyes of Newbury and Chelmsford, Mass. and Their Descendants (Brattleboro, Vt. : Geo. E. Selleck, 1880).

*  Robert Charles Anderson, The Great Migration Begins: Immigrants to New England, 1620-1633 (Boston, Mass. : NEHGS, 1995),  Volume II, pp. 1128-1131, Robert Keyes sketch.

I have done no original research on the immigrant Keyes family.
