Findmypast Friday: Uncover New Stories of Migration

 I received this information from Findmypast today:

                               ==========================================

There are over 1.2 million new travel

 records to explore.

Did your ancestor arrive in America by plane or boat between 1917 and 1957? For the first update of 2025, we've bolstered our United States Passenger and Crew Lists with over 1.2 million new records.

These additions span the East to the West Coast and cover 40 years. We also added two new English titles to our newspaper collection this week.

United States, Passenger and Crew Lists - New York

These 1,275,830 new records document people who arrived as either passengers or crew members in New York from overseas between 1915 and 1957.

United States, Passenger and Crew Lists - California

If your ancestors arrived in the Golden State between 1947 and 1952, their name may appear within these exciting California additions.
There are both images and transcriptions for these 6,994 new records.

To round off our trio of passenger and crew lists, we have 6,884 records documenting those who arrived on the island of Guam between 1947 and 1952.
