There are 210,458 people in the U.S. with the first name Randall.
Statistically the 305th most popular first name.
More than 99.9 percent of people with the first name Randall are male.
There are 4,179 people in the U.S. with the last name Seaver.
Statistically the 8152nd most popular last name.

This reminds me of the time in my first year of college, that I was registered for a senior class because another girl, in the senior class, had the same first and last name as me (different middle initial).
Oh my. One or fewer of me (with my complete first name). Maybe I only count for half?
I don't need to tell you the 'famous' people with the last name. . . . no relation. :o)
The site tells you how many people in the US share your name, statistically.
That is, as your results suggest, because X# of people have the first name, and Y# of people have the last name, Z# of people should have the first and last name.
It doesn't tell you how many people REALLY have your name. (Ancestry's US Public Records is better for that.) HowManyofMe used to give you a '0' result at times, but they seem to have corrected that and now say '1 or fewer' even if you type random letters.
That is awesome. There is only 1 of me.
