I bought a new Nikon Coolpix S4100 on Thursday before Jamboree (the previous Nikon Coolpix S300 froze up with a "lens error" earlier in the week after only 6 months and 350 photos), and did not practice enough with it, so many pictures I took were fuzzy or poorly lighted. So I have shots of only GeneaBlogger activities, it seems!
1) Friday afternoon, in the Marriott "blogger lounge:" Genea-bloggers (from left) Dick Eastman, Terri O'Connell, Tonia Kendrick,.and Patricia Stannard:

The Blogger Island setup was two large tables in the northwest corner of the Convention Center, outside the exhibit hall. The tables had power strips available for computers. The tables were supposed to be for bloggers only, but many people sat at the tables to eat lunch or snacks, and the Popcorn social was held in the area on Friday and Saturday nights. The area was not ideal for using a computer - there were bright windows on the west and north, which created glare during the day. Susan Kitchens made some neat "Reserved for Geneabloggers" signs for Saturday and Sunday.

Love your pix, Randy. I missed the radio show due to the Friday nite banquet; sure looks like a good time.
